At Terrain Navigators, we’re united by a shared mission: to change the cancer conversation and help people create a body and mind where cancer cannot thrive. Our team brings together advocates who combine lived experience, advanced training in the Metabolic Approach to Cancer, and a deep commitment to walking alongside clients with compassion and clarity.
While each of us has a unique story and specialty, we are bound by a common belief—that prevention and healing are possible when people are empowered with the right tools, knowledge, and support.

Today, Marji supports others facing cancer or working to prevent recurrence, using evidence-based tools such as lab testing, genomic insight, and personalized nutritional and metabolic strategies. She specializes in fasting, the ketogenic approach, exercise, and mindset—translating complex information into practical steps clients can confidently take.
Before entering the world of integrative health, Marji had a successful career on Wall Street in New York and Milan, then ran a vacation rental business and taught windsurfing in the Caribbean while raising three children on her own. A lifelong learner and adventurer, she brings warmth, wisdom, and a global perspective to her coaching. She speaks French, Italian, and Spanish.

I learned how to not just survive but to THRIVE after receiving a devastating and life-threatening diagnosis of third-stage pancreatic cancer in October 2016. I don’t just talk the talk—-I’ve walked the walk. I bring firsthand experience to guide you towards getting healthier and achieving optimal health, and to reduce your risk of getting a chronic illness in the first place. Whether collaborating with your medical, alternative or naturopathic doctor or working with me one-on-one, I’m here for you.
I offer practical tips, hope and empathy, and will work with you to develop a personalized prevention and/or treatment plan. Some of the tools we will work with include the Terrain Ten Questionnaire, diving into Nutrition Genome, tracking your fitness and nutritional goals, and ordering and interpreting blood work and labs.
In addition to my extensive life experiences, I am a Certified Metabolic Terrain Advocate, trained under the auspices of Dr. Nasha Winters.

The starting point is a free 15 minute call. If we decide to work together I can order labs or take your latest results from wherever to assess your current state of health. If you already have cancer I can help you get to the right person to help you best!
As someone who has been in your shoes, and understands the rigorous process one goes through, I am thrilled to bring you a unique blend of personalized guidance, emotional empowerment, and practical strategies to navigate the challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis.
