Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept payments through secure third-party processors including Stripe and PracticeBetter.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase if you have concerns about our services. Digital products and completed coaching sessions are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel scheduled appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
